STAGE OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIMENTATION   (960 hours)
Another element of this area is the development of self-study group meetings with a minimum of 4 and maximum of 12 students, to discuss and deepen analize the issues and the contents of the Master. For each meeting must be made a report that documents the training developed.
The socialization activities of comparison-coordination-  monitoring with the Infancy Services educators in which  the educational experimentation has been realized, with  the educators of other territory or in network, belong to  student acquisition process and they are an essential  element of the formative project achieved during the  Master. Also these activities must be documented in reports.
To reinforce the formative action is prearranged a stage period with the object to acquire  operative capabilities. The stage, for every participant, will consist in the organization of an intervention plan in a  classroom of an Infancy Institution.   The activities of the stage must be documented in detail, stating: location, instruments used,  people involved, duration, plan, implement processes, results, evaluations realized.
