of the work done WITH THE MANAGEMENT AND GROUP OF COLLEAGUES of their Institution / Company (documented with Certificates and declarations).
The Process Evaluation is determined by PROGRESSION OF CAREER and development POTENTIAL of professional skills of the candidate.
