KNOWING ONE’S SELF

The topics of the training program "Know One’s Self" have been structured in a way that, by answering a series of questions, allow an understanding of the rules and characteristics of one’s personality and human relations which each individual daily lives. The path begins by presenting themselves as an introduction and encouragement to prepare the individual to set out on an authentic, empathic consistet and available way.

The path "Knowing One’s Self" tends to promote self- knowledge through the implementation of four psychological routes, which permit the detection and development: 1) of subjective emotions in their representativeness, dynamism. multiplicity, within the Mental Universe of Emotions built by each individual;

2) of the emotional structures of psychological experience of each person, forming and directing the daily decisions on the basis of the Psychic World built by each individual. 3) of the characteristics and personality styles, both as deep dimensions of inner structures and as expressions of One’s Self and one own psychic potential

4) of th attitudes and psycho-social relationships, as a manifestation of one’s feelings and as personality styles within the communicative interaction with others.
