STAGE OF EDUCATIONAL-TEACHING EXPERIMENTATION (60 hours)

The stage takes place within a Community of Learning that achieves good practice based on the Model CIF - Centro d’Infanzia e delle Famiglie - Infancy and Families Center

The Stage is focuses on analyzing and improving of System and Training- Managerial-Social Service Quality of Infancy Services. The activities of the stage must be documented in detail, stating: location, instruments used, people involved, duration, plan, implement processes, results, evaluations realized.

To reinforce the formative action is prearranged a STAGE PERIOD with the object to acquire operative skills, tecnical competences and practical instruments. The stage, for every participant, will consist in the organization of an intervention plan inside a Infancy Service, in accreditate quality institutions, that are members of the REEI – Reti Europee Educazione Infanzia - European Networks Infancy Education

In addition, activities to be carried out are: comparison, coordination and monitoring with workers of Infancy Services in which the educational experimentation has been realized. Also these activities must be documented in reports.
